We had a wonderful meeting. We put names on the board and Prayed for loved ones. Spoke about things we would like to do during the year. Whole foods donated chocolate cookies for dessert. Thanks to Mrs. McCrea, Mrs. Mahady and Mrs. McAndrew for voluenteering.

Our school is always accepting technology donations from individuals and businesses. We have spent a lot of time standardizing on the technology being used within the school and will only be able to use compatible technology. Here are the guidelines, but feel free to call if you have a question. Equipment may be new or used, but should be working.

PCs:
1.Desktops, towers, and servers: With or without operating system. Generally all machines with a manufacture date within the past five years. Look for the manufacturing label or call us. The original CDs or documentation is helpful, but not necessary.
2.Laptops, tables, iPads: generally all machines manufactured within the past five years.


Monitors:
1.LCD flat screen monitors 17” or larger.


Printers:
We do not need personal printers at this time, but could use:
1. Toner for
a. Konica 7135
b. HP 9000dn
c. HP 4600dn
d. HP LJ4250
e. Printer paper (unopened)


Networking:
1.4, 5, 8, or 16 port routers, network switches and hubs manufactured within the past five years.
2.Wi-Fi routers, switches, ports
3.JetDirect network cards (replacements for network printers)


Video, Imaging, etc.
1.LCD projectors (manufactured within the past five years)
2.DVD, DVC, 8mm and wi-fi video cameras (no VHS or Betamax)
3.Digital cameras (1MP or greater resolution)
4.Unused DVDs, CDs, and DVC tapes
5.Thumb drives, memory sticks, SD memory cards
6.Spools (at least 500 feet) of CAT-5, CAT-5e and RU-6 coax cable
7.Disk drives (40 GB or greater)
