| Come ti chiami? The children in K are learning the days of the week. They also can give words that begin with the Italian alphabet. Grades 1-3 greet each other and can ask and answer more and more greetings i.e. How are you? What is your name? Grade 4 is working on the Imperative (command). Commands are given, they follow command. They also give each other commands i.e. Close the door. Turn on the lights. Grade 5 builds on commands but is able to write them in Italian. Grades 6-8 has almost finished watching La Vite e` Belle. They are translating, discussing vocabulary,idiomatic expressions, history and culture. Each class begins with prayer and attendance.
